13 <br /> In the areas of outreach and recruitment, the Counselors <br /> work closely with Social Services, Vocational Rehabilitation <br /> and the Employment Security Commission in both counties. Other <br /> human services are also made aware of our training opportunities <br /> and the counselors have established contacts within those organi- <br /> zations to enhance our recruitment effort. The contact persons <br /> are provided with a schedule of training activities for the full <br /> program year and the counselors follow-up with those persons to <br /> encourage the referral of their clients to the various training <br /> activities. <br /> • <br />
