The positions of <br /> Diretor, Secretary, Fiscal Officer, Training Services <br /> Coordinator, MIS Supervisor and Data Control Clerk are <br /> basically administrative in nature and keeps the incumbents <br /> at the central office approximately 100 percent of "the time. <br /> The two Counselors and the Employment Development <br /> Specialist spend the majority of their time away from the <br /> central office. The Counselors provide support to program <br /> participants at the various training sites, recruit for <br /> programs, and perform eligibility certification.
