Q <br /> Total Cost: $10,000 2`' <br /> Transportatioln Cost: -0- <br /> INSTITUTIONAL OFFENDERS PROJECT <br /> This project is operated under contract with. the Employment Service <br /> and provides an Employment Service Specialist who will provide outreach, <br /> recruitment and assessment services to offenders while they are in <br /> prison or on parole and utilize available community resources to provide <br /> jobs and training plans for their release and re-entry into the community. <br /> Training is provided at the worksite. Hours of operation are between <br /> 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Counselor visitation is scheduled at one (1) <br /> hour per client.
