The PIC would <br /> consider whether the plan warrants modifications. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Formally notify the PIC that the Board has determined that <br /> program goals have not been met sufficiently in this fiscal <br /> year. <br /> The Job Plan does not give assurance that equitable access for <br /> county residents will be accomplished. Approve Job Plan, but <br /> direct staff to analyze Central Piedmont method of meeting <br /> proposed goals. Report findings to the Board to determine <br /> whether' modifications in the plan are needed to insure equitable <br /> participation. <br />
