Ernest Mangum and Jean Pratt o
Central Piedmont will address this specific concern an
other questions.
IMPACT: The Job Training Plan outlines the
upcoming year. The six month report program activities for the+
Board in comparing p provided to assist the
p g past performance with proposed activities.
If the Board disagrees with the PIC approved activities, the
Board can request modification of the job plan. The PIC would
consider whether the plan warrants modifications.
RECOMMENDATION(S) :
Formally notify the PIC that the Board has determined that
program goals have not been met sufficiently in this fiscal
year.
The Job Plan does not give assurance that equitable access for
county residents will be accomplished. Approve Job Plan, but
direct staff to analyze Central Piedmont method of meeting
proposed goals. Report findings to the Board to determine
whether' modifications in the plan are needed to insure equitable
participation.
