The rule revisions <br /> became effective January 1 , 1986 . Certain provisions are not <br /> included in the existing ordinance . The proposed amendments <br /> must be made and submitted to the FEMA Regional Office by <br /> July 1 , 1986 . <br /> IMPACT: The proposed text amendments , if approved would bring the <br /> Orange County Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance into <br /> compliance with changes in Federal regulations . <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the proposed <br /> amendments . <br />
