Davis for 1 <br /> acre located on the south side of NC Highway 54, east of the Gulf <br /> Station/Store and west of Larry's Alignment Shop in Bingham Township. <br /> The site has direct access onto NC Highway 54. The road is designated <br /> as an arterial in the Land Use Plan. The property is currently • . <br /> designated as A-R and as Rural Community Activity Node in the Orange <br /> County Lane Use Plan.
