Smith responded that ultimately the line <br /> size is up to the Town of Hillsborough . She <br /> commented that adding such conditions is redundant <br /> and can be misleading given that the utility <br /> providers have the final say . <br /> VOTE: (Motion to table) <br /> 4 in favor. <br /> 7 opposed . <br /> Motion failed . <br /> AMENDED MOTION: Gordon moved approval of the request and in the <br /> (By Gordon) event that the developer does decide to proceed <br /> with public water that the staff condition of 8" <br /> water line be imposed . <br /> Kramer wished to add as a condition the reference <br /> by the Recreation Department to "appropriate <br /> restrictive covenants" . Seconded by Pilkey . <br /> Pilkey inquired about underground power lines . <br /> Smith responded that this requirement was not <br /> enforceable through the current Subdivision <br /> Regulations . <br /> VOTE: 8 in favor . <br /> 2 opposed (Best , Jacobs) <br /> f.
