In order to move ahead with the project he <br /> would change the plan to provide for individual <br /> wells . <br /> Smith informed the Board that all requirements have <br /> been met by the proposal for either wells or public <br /> water; therefore , the Board could consider the <br /> project either way . <br /> Margison inquired if this were not important to the <br /> Health Department . Smith responded the Health <br /> Department only gives preliminary approval for <br /> septic systems , not wells .
