The Board expressed concern about the impact this development <br /> will have on the water supply in Northern Orange County. <br /> 2. The Board is concerned about an increase in traffic from this <br /> development, onto the unpaved portion of Miller Rd. The Board <br /> recommends the portion of Miller Rd. south of the entrance to <br /> the development be paved. <br />
