C. 27278
Re: Oak Rise Development
Dear Eddie:
This is to state to you that the Hillsborough Town Board on Tuesday,
January 28, 1986, approve the preliminary plans for the extension of
water lines to serve the Oak Rise Development of George Horton. The
Water Superintendent reviewed Oak Rise Preliminary Plans for the pro-
posed extension and was satisfied that design requirements drain com-
pliance with town standards, Further, Mr. Johnson stated that sufficient
capacity does exist to serve this development.
The Town Board did ask the developer to install an eight inch water
line, instead of the six inch line shown on the preliminary plans. The
plans were approved subject to the Town engineer's approval.
If I can assist you further, please advise.
Sincerely,
Agath Johnson, Town Clerk
cc: George Horton
