- -050 <br /> 6 .19 RESERVED • <br /> 6 .20 Large Ground Absorpt3Qn Systems; (1 .0951 gals . per day) • <br /> and Tackgste $$gage Treatment Plants Prohibited in AR <br /> Districts pad 13ural Buffer districts, <br /> 6 .20 .1 Ground absorption systems with a design capacity of <br /> 3,000 gallons per day or more and package treatment <br /> p3.anto for sanitary sewage disposal are expressly <br /> prohibited in the AR districts and Rural Buffer <br /> Districts as shown in the Land Use Plan except as may be <br /> approved through a Special Use Permit or a Planned <br /> Development District. <br /> 6 .21 Malls Some Standards_ <br /> Amended! <br /> 3-18-86 <br /> 6 .21 .1 gxiatinw or New Mgbile Rome Parks <br /> a) Existing mobile home parks that do not meet the <br /> standards set forth in Articles 5, 6 and 't shall be <br /> considered non-conforming. Such parks shall not expand <br /> in an* way, beyond the existing developed portions, but <br /> shall !be allowed to remove and replace units existing <br /> within 'tbe• existing park at the time of adoption of this <br /> • section. Only the replacement and location of units on <br /> an existing mobile home space shall be permitted <br /> provided the total number of units does not exceed the <br /> number existing at the time that the mobile home park <br /> became- non conforming; and , provided. ( 1) that the <br /> existing waste treatment system is functioning properly. <br /> and (2) that the space be improved in accordance with <br /> Subsection 7- .20 .4a) of this Ordinance . Removal and <br /> replacement of such! units stall not be considered <br /> expansion of the non conforming use. <br /> b) New mobile home parks or portions of existing mobile <br /> home parks that have been previously approved, but have <br /> not constructed substantial improvements or do not have <br /> sewage disposal systems installed on the date of <br /> adoption of this section shall meet all applicable <br /> standards for new mobile home parks as set forth in <br /> Article 5, 6 and 7 and any other standards required for <br /> the zoning district in which it is located . <br /> c) Substantial improvements shall include , but not be <br /> limit 'd to, sewage disposal systems , water systems , <br /> roads , parking areas, recreational facilities and mobile <br /> home pads . <br /> 6 .21 .2 Mobile Homes on Individual Lots <br /> Amended <br /> 3-18-86 <br /> a) Mobile homes , as principal residential buildings on <br /> individual lots , in existence at the- time of the <br /> 6-25 <br /> _ <br />
