All parks <br /> constructed in Chapel Hill (September 1981) , Bingham <br /> (September 1981 ) , Cheeks (September 1984) , Hillsborough <br /> (September 1981 ) and Eno (September 1981 ) Townships , <br /> prior to the indicated date of the enforcement of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance in the individual townships , are <br /> considered non-conforming uses . Prior to March 18 , 1986 <br /> mobile home units could be replaced in the parks so long <br /> as the number of units in existence at the time the <br /> Zoning Ordinance was enforced was not increased and so <br /> long as the wastewater treatment system was effectively <br /> functioning . <br /> Effective March 18 , 1986 , in addition to the provisions <br /> I t above , replacement mobile home in non-conforming <br /> mobile home parks require the improvement of the <br /> mobile home space as provided below: <br /> 1 ) 10 ,000 square foot space per mobile home unit <br /> 2) permanent pad for each mobile home unit <br /> 3) setback requirements for each space: <br /> - 25 ' setback from road/right-of-way <br /> - 10 ' setback from rear/side lines of the space <br />
