Contract documents for these amounts have been prepared. <br /> IMPACT: Noticeilto Proceed can be issued upon contract approval <br /> and project can commence. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Approval of contracts for general, <br /> electrical and plumbing contractors. <br />
