' • GENERAL FUND - - NEED: . - 1. To budget for additional funds that have been awarded to the Orange . County Health Department.. - 2. To budget for payment to Home Health Agency for reimbursement of .a portion of medical in-home services provided in fiscal year 1984-85. (expenditure authorized March 5, 1986) .' - . 3. ' To budget for additional funding for Orange-Person-Chatham Mental Health for the deficit incurred by the Halfway House due to the ABC Board discontinuing direct funding. (appropriation previously authorized on February 3, 1986) . - - 4. To reverse budget amendment approved on August 5, 1986 which increased • funds available to the Orange County Economic Development Commission by acceptance of a contribution from:the Hillsborough Chamber-.: of Commerce. This contribution was for the 1984-85 fiscal year and not for the11985-86 fiscal year. - _ 5. To budget for additional funds that have been awarded to the Orange County Department of Social Services for employment of a Child Protective Services worker. GENERAL FUND • 1. This amendment will increase funds available to the Family Planning, _ Management/Vital' Records Environmental, Adult Health Services, IMPACT: Maternal and Child programs of the Orange Couuty Health Department with 100% State funds. I 2. This amendment will allow the reimbursement to Home Health Agency by increasing the Home Health Agency's budget and decreasing the Commissioners' Contingency.
