' <br /> • <br /> GENERAL FUND - - <br /> NEED: . - 1. To budget for additional funds that have been awarded to the Orange <br /> . County Health Department.. - <br /> 2. To budget for payment to Home Health Agency for reimbursement of .a portion <br /> of medical in-home services provided in fiscal year 1984-85. (expenditure <br /> authorized March 5, 1986) .' - . <br /> 3. ' To budget for additional funding for Orange-Person-Chatham Mental Health <br /> for the deficit incurred by the Halfway House due to the ABC Board <br /> discontinuing direct funding. (appropriation previously authorized <br /> on February 3, 1986) . - <br /> - 4. To reverse budget amendment approved on August 5, 1986 which increased <br /> • funds available to the Orange County Economic Development Commission <br /> by acceptance of a contribution from:the Hillsborough Chamber-.: of <br /> Commerce. This contribution was for the 1984-85 fiscal year and not <br /> for the11985-86 fiscal year. - _ <br /> 5. To budget for additional funds that have been awarded to the Orange <br /> County Department of Social Services for employment of a Child Protective <br /> Services worker. <br /> GENERAL FUND <br /> • <br /> 1. This amendment will increase funds available to the Family Planning, _ <br /> Management/Vital' Records Environmental, Adult Health Services, <br /> IMPACT: Maternal and Child programs of the Orange Couuty Health Department <br /> with 100% State funds. <br /> I <br /> 2. This amendment will allow the reimbursement to Home Health Agency by <br /> increasing the Home Health Agency's budget and decreasing the Commissioners' <br /> Contingency. <br />
