Revenue Bond Application <br /> Department: Fcoriomic._Development" Public Hearing: x Yes no <br /> Attachments: Information Contact: Geoff Gledhill (10ga1) <br /> Sylvia Price (Isotechnologies, Inc. ) <br /> Phone Numbers: 732-8181, 968-4501, <br /> 227-0231 <br /> PURPOSE:- To take action on proposals to approve the issuance of Industrial Revenue <br /> Bonds for Isotechnologies, Inc. <br /> REED: After a formal public hearing has been held, North Carolina Department of <br /> Commerce regulations require approval in principle by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners of the industrial project and of the issuance of the bonds. <br /> IMPACT: Approval in principle by the Board of County Commissioners of the issuance <br /> of the bonds, and of the industrial project, will allow the Orange County <br /> Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority to submit <br /> to the North Carolina Secretary of Commerce an application for approval of <br /> the industrial project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> That approval be given to the attached resolution * entitled: "Resolution <br /> approving the issuance of not exceeding $1,500,000 aggregate principal amount <br /> of. industrial development revenue bonds of the Orange County Industrial <br /> Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority to finance an industrial <br /> project for Isotechnologies, Inc. and approving the industrial project." <br /> * The Resolution consists of pages 4-7 of the Document #1 attached to the <br /> public hearing (item ) Abstract sheet. <br />
