How much engineering assistance will be necessary? <br /> 15. What would be an equitable percentage for each to <br /> contribute for the payment of engineering services? <br /> Obviously we will not be able to answer all of these <br /> questions at the hearing but we can begin a discussion of <br /> whether we are willing to work on this together and what <br /> strategy ought to be employed. Under separate cover, I have <br /> asked for information that will begin the development of a <br /> data base. <br /> The Board of Commissioners solicits your ideas both at <br /> the hearing and over the ensuing months.
