Date and copy of documents by which the water <br /> system was established (i.e. public law reference, <br /> articles of incorporation, purchase agreement) . <br /> 2. List and size of water storage and treatment <br /> facilities <br /> 3 . How facilities were" financed <br /> 4 . Existing rate structure and tap fee amounts <br /> 5. Geographic distribution of customers by County and <br /> drainage basin <br /> 6. Geographic distribution of water consumption by <br /> County and drainage area <br /> 7.
