The reasons Chapel Hill does not prefer joint planning. <br /> 2. Why the three mile jurisdiction was suggested. <br /> 3. What other aternatives to the three mile area would be <br /> satisfactory to Chapel Hill. <br /> I believe through negotiations we should be able to find a <br /> compromise between what the County is seeking to develop with <br /> its planning and what the Town wants. We have to know the <br /> choices to do that. <br /> IMPACT: <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> I want alternatives to be on our list for getting the Town's <br /> thoughts. <br />
