Submission of <br /> completed application is due March 18 , 1986. <br /> NEED: This is a- yearly continuation application covering the following <br /> services which are a part of the Department on Aging's current budget: <br /> Transportation, Senior Center Operation., Chore-Handihelper and. Case Manage- <br /> ment (In-Home/Community) . DoA would emphasize Access_ services to facili- <br /> tate service delivery by a multitude of community organizations. All <br /> services were ranked high priority according to COG needs assessment. <br /> IMPACT: If approved, County matching funds would not increase over last year. <br /> Minimum County funds would be $9 ,296 <br /> RECOMMENDATION (S) : DoA staff recommends approval. <br />
