ADDENDUM <br /> March 18, 1986 ADDENDUM to contract dated September 3, 1986 between Orange <br /> County and CHR Associates, P.A. , Chapel Hill, North Carolina. <br /> Section 14.2.1. For Basic Services is hereby amended to authorize additional <br /> architectural services for the building exterior and parking lots. <br /> The limitation on compensation to the architect for the interior renova- <br /> tion plans and specification will remain as an amount not to exceed <br /> $15,460.
