We wish to designate a site for a Community Center , <br /> for the use of Lockridge Community Association members, <br /> including a playground and swimming pool , on Parcel 8. <br /> (maximum size of building 50 ' x 50 ' ) See attached map. <br /> 2. We wish to designate two sites for animal shelters, <br /> one adjacent to lots 5 & 16, one adjacent to lots 12 & 13. <br /> (maximum size of each shelter 30 ' x 50' ) See map. <br /> 3. We wish to designate a site for a garden storage shed <br /> adjacent to lot 1. (maximum size. 25 ' x 25 ' ) See map. <br /> 4. We wish to name the road adjacent to lots 10, 11 & 12, <br /> Tinkers Turn, other road names remain as listed . <br /> Lockridge Community - Section 3 <br /> 1. We wish to designate a site for a cemetery for the use of <br /> Lockridge Commmunity Association members and their families <br /> on common land , Parcel 12 . See attached map. <br /> 2. We wish to designate an area for the building of studios, <br /> workshops, storage sheds and tractor shed on common land , <br /> Parcel 12. (total amount of enclosed space not to exceed <br /> 8000 sq_ ft. , one existing building is indicated on the map) <br /> 3. We ask that the "Home Occupations" regulations be applied <br /> to this Planned Unit Development. <br /> 4 . We wish to add one additional single family lot adjacent to <br /> Turkey Farm Road on Parcel 12 as indicated on the map. <br /> 5. Access to the proposed lot and the studio and workshop area <br /> will be provided by an existing road which is to be <br /> named Willbea Road. Other existing road names are to be <br /> changed . See map. <br /> 6. The Community water line from the community well was . <br /> previously extended to the area designated for studios/shops <br /> and is available to serve the proposed new lot and <br /> outside spigots. Electrical power service is available <br /> from an existing overhead power line. See map. <br />
