The community was established following approval of <br /> a Planned Unit Development rezoning on November 5, 1973 under <br /> the 1967 Zoning Ordinance for Chapel Hill Township. The <br /> approved planned unit development site plan was subsequently <br /> amended on April 4, 1977 to allow revisions necessary to <br /> complete subdivision procedures for proposed residential lots . <br /> Article 7 PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS Section 7. 8 ahinegg_.__if <br /> Agialayed__Eingl_Elana of the 1981 Zoning Ordinance specifies <br /> that " . . . changes in approved final plans . . . may be <br /> permitted by the Zoning Officer on application by the original <br /> applicant or successor in interest , but only upon making a <br /> finding that such changes are: <br /> a) in accord with all applicable regulations in effect <br /> at the time of the amendment creating the PD <br /> district , as modified in the amending action; or <br /> b) in accord with all applicable regulations currently <br /> in effect , without modification; or <br />
