At that time, the property of <br /> Donnie H . Chapman was placed in an EC-5 Existing <br /> Commercial zoning category . The Land placed in <br /> that designation was thought to include those <br /> buildings associated with Mr . Chapman 's automotive <br /> service. Recently , the Planning Staff Learned that <br /> the buildings are located on an adjacent tract. ( in <br /> the same ownership ) zoned AR--Agricultural <br /> Residential .
