Collins <br /> responded that Faircloth reviews every subdivision <br /> that comes in on a preliminary basis . Before the <br /> final plat is approved he will look at a detailed <br /> sedimentation plan. What he is saying here is that <br /> before final plat approval is given he wishes to have <br /> his questions about design assumptions answered and <br /> they generally are in the submission of a detailed <br /> plan. <br /> MOTION: Pilkey moved approval with conditions as specified by <br /> , staff.
