The specific <br /> comments and recommendations are as follows: <br /> 1 . That the proposed subdivision shall be served by the extension <br /> of the existing water line in Dairyland Road to the western lot <br /> boundary of Lot 72. The internal road network shall also be <br /> served by public water. <br /> 2. That the public water supply along the internal road network <br /> which provides flow to fire hydrants shall be 6" minimum size. <br /> 3. That fire hydrants shall be provided at the following locations: <br /> 1) northwest corner of Lot 1 , 2) northwest corner of Lot 70, <br /> 3) southwest corner of Lot 6, 4) southwest corner of Lot 13, <br /> 5) western corner of Lot 25, and 6) south corner of Lot 61 . <br /> 4. That the proposed subdivision shall be served by a community <br /> sewer system with wastewater package treatment plant with either <br /> point source discharge or land application discharge system. <br /> (Land application discharge is preferable. ) <br /> 5. That active recreation facility area shall be specified and <br /> dimensioned with specific information on the type of facilities <br /> to be provided. <br /> 6. That a minimum 60' wide easement be dedicated along the rear of <br /> all lots along Morgan Creek. That the easement area shall be <br /> defined by the floodway line on one side and a line parallel <br /> to and 60 feet from the floodway line on the other side. A <br /> pedestrian path constructed within the easement area is encouraged <br /> and should be quantified and applied towards meeting the recreation <br /> requirement. <br />
