ARTICLE 4 DISTRICT STATEMENT OF INTEREST AND APPLICATION CRITERIA <br /> Ordinance Requirements <br /> Article 4.2 identifies the criteria which <br /> will normally be used to determine the <br /> application of a zoning district designa- <br /> tion.
