DAVIS REZONING DEVELOPMENT IMPACTS <br /> Water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be <br /> provided by means of an individual well or wells and an <br /> individual septic tank. The Orange County Health Department <br /> has completed an initial soil analysis on the property and <br /> found it to be suitable; however , this analysis was for a <br /> single family residence. <br /> gaada IL I.iia <br /> This property has 161.30 feet of frontage along N.C. 54 <br /> which is designated as an arterial in the Land Use Plan. The <br /> North Carolina Department of Transportation has stated that <br /> safe access is available to NC 54 from this lot . <br /> The latest traffic count information is a 1984 NCDOT <br /> traffic count . This information indicated a count of 6, 000 <br /> trips per day on NC 54 just east of the intersection of <br /> Orange Grove Road (SR 1006) and NC 54. <br /> A 2 , 000 square foot general restaurant on this site <br /> would generate approximately 466 trips per day to be added to <br /> NC 54. Since fast food restaurants are not allowed in the <br /> NC-2 district , the general sit-down restaurant , the most <br /> intensive traffic generator , was used to compute this figure. <br /> 466 trips per day would be considered above average for the <br /> number of trips generated from a lot of this size. <br /> The White Cross Volunteer Fire Department, Sheriff' s <br /> Department and South Orange Rescue Squad- have all commented <br />
