County planning population figures show <br /> approximately 45,000 persons listed within the county. Based on these figures <br /> the ratio of calls for service countywide. is .32 per person. Countywide the <br /> Sheriff's Department served 9,404 civil. and criminal papers for a ratio of .21 <br /> papers per person countywide. <br /> The proposed Homestead Office/Home Development is in an undeveloped area, therefore <br /> a county; wide average must be applied. . . <br /> Figures furnished by MP. 'Buz Lloyd indicate 80 new'homes and to 30 to 50 offices <br /> to be built. An average: of 2.:3 persons will occupy these- new homes with a total <br /> population of 184 persons expected. <br /> Based on a countywide average,; 184 persons will generate (184 x .32 + 58.8) calls <br /> for service, using an average of 45 minutes: per call for a total of 44.1 man hours. <br /> Based on 200 sq. ft. .of office space per person/worker the proposed 84,000 sq. ft. <br /> of off ice space will result in a population of 420 persons expected. <br /> Based on a countywide average., 420 persons will generate (420 x .32 = 134.4) calls <br /> for service, using an average of 45 minutes per call for a total of 100.8 man hours. <br /> Based on a countywide average, 604 persons will generate (604 x .21 = 126.8) papers <br /> served, using an average of 45 minutes per service of each paper for a total of 95.1 <br /> man hours. <br /> 44.1 Hours: Calls for service for residence <br /> 100.8 Hours: Calls for service for office complex <br /> 95.1 Hours: Paper Service <br /> 240 Total Man Hours <br />
