Amend Article 20 DEFINITIONS to add the definition of "Mail Order <br /> House" and "Assembly/Packaging Operation". <br /> This amendment would provide for definitions of these uses <br /> consistent with the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Manual . <br /> 21 . Amend Article 2 THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AND ITS <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE MECHANISMS Section 2.2.4 'enure. to specify that <br /> members of the Planning Board approinted to fill unexpired terms <br /> shall be eligible for two additional full terms and to clarify that <br /> one-third of the membership shall be appointed in February of each <br /> calender year. <br /> This amendment clarifies the intent of the ordinance regarding the <br /> membership of the Planning Board. <br /> Proposed amendments to the text of the Subdivision Regulations under <br /> consideration are as follows : <br /> 1 . Amend Section V IMPROVEMENTS to provide for maintenance and <br /> responsibility of private facilities by homeowners ' associations . <br /> This amendment would delineate the responsibilities of homeowners ' <br /> associations for maintenance and control of improvements required as <br /> part of subdivision approval . <br /> Proposed amendments to the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance under <br /> consideration are as follows : <br /> 1 .
