00004 <br /> This amendment provides for definitions of terms used in existing and <br /> proposed provisions of the Zoning Ordinance related to mobile homes <br /> and mobile home parks . <br /> 13 . Amend Article 5 ESTABLISHMENT OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, Section <br /> 5.1 . 2 , to modify the Pedestrian/Landscape Area Ratios (LSR) <br /> requirements specified in the Land Use Intensity (LUI ) System. <br /> This amendment would establish landscaping requirements for non- <br /> residential uses for all zoning districts based on 25% of the open <br /> space required. <br /> 14. Amend Article 22 DEFINITIONS to modify the definition of "Pedestr- <br /> ian/Landscape Ratio". <br /> This amendment would provide for the application of <br /> pedestrian/landscape ratios to gross land area rather than floor area <br /> in a manner consistent with the application of other LUI <br /> requirements . <br /> 15 . Amend Article 5 TABLE OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, Section 5. 1 . 1 , to <br /> modify Minimum Recreation Space Ratio (RSR) requirements specified in <br /> the Land Use Intensity (LUI ) system. <br /> This amendment would modify the recreation space requirements for all <br /> zoning districts for residential uses to provide consistency with <br /> proposed recreation space requirements in the Subdivision <br /> Regulations . <br /> 16 . Amend Article 4 ESTABLISH ENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Sections 4. 2 . 8 Local Commercial-I (LC-1) , 4.2.11 General Commercial- <br /> IV (GC-4) , 4. 2. 21 Light Industrial-1 ( I-1) , 4.2. 22 Medium Industrial- <br /> 2 ( I-2) and 4. 2 .23 Heavy Industrial-III ( I-3) , to delete reference to <br /> specific townships and joint planning areas in the application <br /> criteria. <br /> This amendment would clarify the intent of the application of the <br /> zoning districts to all zoned townships. <br /> 17. Amend Article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Sections 4.2. 8 Local Commercial-I (LC-1) , 4. 2 .9 Neighborhood <br /> Commercial-II (NC-2) and 4.2 . 10 Community Commercial-III (CC-3 ) , to <br /> release uses permitted on a Class A Special Use Permit basis or zoned <br /> Existing Commercial-V (EC-5) from maximum acreage requirements <br /> specified for the zoning districts. <br /> This amendment would clarify that maximum acreage requirements <br /> specified for the LC-1 , NC-2 and CC-3 zoning districts are applicable <br /> only to property so zoned and would not apply to property zoned <br /> Existing Commercial-V or permitted subject to a Special Use Permit . <br /> 18. Amend Article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Section 4. 3 , to provide for "Assembly and packaging operations , <br /> including mail order houses , but excluding on-premise retail outlets " <br /> as permitted uses in.
