Amend article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Section 4.3, to provide for accessory mobile homes as a permitted use <br /> in LC-1 , NC-2 , CC-3 , GC-4 , EC-5 , I-1 , I-2 , 1-3 and EI zoning <br /> districts. <br /> This amendment would provide for the use of mobile homes as accessory <br /> uses in the referenced zoning districts for storage, office and <br /> similar purposes and would prohibit their use in residential zoning <br /> districts . <br /> 8. Amend Article 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, Section <br /> 6. 7. 2 , to add a provision prohibiting the use of mobile homes as <br /> accessory structures for storage, office , workshop and similar uses <br /> in Residential zoning districts. <br /> This amendment would clarify the use of mobile homes in residential <br /> zoning districts. <br /> 9. Amend Article 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS, Section <br /> 6. 21 , to provide clarification of the standards and requirements <br /> applicable to mobile home parks and mobile home units contained <br /> within the parks. <br /> 10 . Amend Article 7 PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS to add Section 7. 20 ED-ME <br /> This amendment would establish a planned development district for <br /> mobile home parks and would specify standards and requirements for <br /> the same. <br /> 11 . Amend Article 5 ESTABLISHMENT OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS to provide <br /> for dimensional requirements applicable to mobile home parks . <br /> This amendment would establish the dimensional standards for the <br /> proposed planned development mobile home park district . <br /> 12. Amend Article 22 DEFINITIONS to modify the definitions of "mobile <br /> home" , "mobile home park" and "mobile home space" and to add <br /> definitions of "mobile home stand/pad" , "foundation system" , <br /> "anchoring" , "mobile home accessory" , "modular home" , "travel <br /> trailer" , and "manufactured home. " <br />
