Amend Article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Section 4. 3, to provide for a massage business as a permitted use in <br /> CC-3 and GC-4 zoning districts . <br /> This use is not specifically listed in the Permitted Use Table. <br /> 3. Amend Article 4 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERMITTED USE TABLE AND SCHEDULE, <br /> Section 4.3 , to delete the reference to "Adult Uses" . <br /> This amendment would delete provisions related to "adult uses". <br /> 4.
