The parcel contains 19. 5 acres or 849 , 420 <br /> square feet . <br /> The property is located within an area designated Twenty Year <br /> Transition and Commercial-Industrial Transition Activity Node <br /> in the West Orange Area Plan amendment to the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan adopted in 1984. <br /> The present zoning of the property is Residential-1 (R-1) .
