AR�li�abililX <br /> Every person, firm or corporation who subdivides land <br /> for residential purposes and/or non-residential <br /> purposes shall be required to provide or dedicate a <br /> portion of such land for the purpose of recreation <br /> and/or open space areas to serve the residents and/or <br /> occupants - of the subdivision, and to preserve <br /> significant natural features and/or cultural <br /> resources . In all eases, the Recreation and Parks <br /> Advisory Council shall review and make recommendations <br /> to the Planning Board and Board of Commissioners on <br /> the provision or dedication of recreation and/or open <br /> space areas . <br /> IV-B-7-b-2 .
