00120 <br /> AMEND ARTICLE 7 PAGE 5 <br /> feet from any exterior property line which is not a street right <br /> of way, regardless of the zoning district . <br /> c) Ezalian_and_atatmwalat_Caaltal_Baquizamanis. <br /> In order to control erosion, all disturbed land areas shall be <br /> protected by a vegetative ground cover. (See definition of "ground <br /> cover" in the Orange County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control <br /> Ordinance) . The mobile home park must be designed and graded in such <br /> a manner as to provide for the adequate runoff of stormwater. Storm <br /> drains must be provided with sufficient inlets located at points of <br /> surface water accumulation to adequately intersect surface flow. Any <br /> other necessary requirements of the Soil Erosion and Sedimentation <br /> Control Ordinance shall be applicable. Protected water supply <br /> watershed standards may also be applicable. <br /> d) Yebialilat_Aslalla <br /> 1. The travelway for all streets within a mobile home park shall be <br /> 20 ' in width and must satisfy the drainage standards specified in <br /> Orange County' s Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br /> All streets shall be constructed to the North Carolina Department <br /> of Transportation' s depth of base and pavement requirements <br /> specified in the E1112a3Ciziol__...E2ada__MlIIlmum___Cianait nlis II <br /> elianagal, All streets shall be identified by names approved by <br /> the Orange County Planning Department . Street signs constructed <br /> to Orange County standards must be installed outside the right <br /> of-way at all intersections. The approved streets and names <br /> shall be used to assign mobile home space identification numbers . <br /> 2 . Every street shall have a maintained six (6) foot wide reserved <br /> strip running parallel and adjacent to each side of the paved <br /> surface. Such strip shall be used for walkways , driveways , <br /> grass, low-growing vegetative ground cover, or utility right-of- <br /> way only. No other use shall be permitted on a reserved strip. <br /> 3. Each mobile home space shall abut upon an improved street which <br /> shall have unobstructed access to a public thoroughfare. <br /> 4. No mobile home space shall have direct vehicular access to any <br /> thoroughfare other than those thoroughfares located within the <br /> mobile home park. <br /> 5 . Unless unusual topography or configuration of property lines <br /> dictates otherwise, cul-de-sac streets in mobile home parks shall <br /> have a maximum length of 500 feet . <br /> 6. Plans for ingress to and egress from each mobile home park shall <br /> be approved by the North Carolina Department of Transportation. <br /> e) I.d&III1.ilII�iiQII_�ign . <br />
