Service buildings and areas necessary to provide washing and <br /> drying machines for domestic laundry, sanitation, rest rooms , <br /> storage , vending machines , and other similar services provided by <br /> the facility for the use and convenience of the mobile home park <br /> tenants. <br /> d. Recreation buildings/facilities and areas serving only the mobile <br /> home park in which they are located. <br /> e. Customary accessory buildings and facilities necessary for <br /> operation of the mobile home park in which they are located. <br /> f. Storage buildings (no longer than 12 feet by 12 feet in base, and <br /> 10 feet in height ) for individual mobile home spaces . <br /> g. Fenced, communal storage areas provided by the park operator for <br /> boats , campers , and other accessory vehicles belonging to park <br /> residents . <br /> h. Sales of mobile homes to be located within the district are <br /> permitted only for mobile homes which are already located on <br /> approved and established mobile home lots or spaces. <br /> 7.2 0.4 Daxal a umanI_BgsmiLama n ia_Lszt_Mszizil1_112zma_auka <br /> a) Mobile home space requirements are specified below. <br /> 1 . A mobile home park shall be divided into mobile home spaces , with <br /> the limits of each space clearly established on the ground by <br /> permanent stakes. The minimum area of a space shall be ten <br /> thousand (10, 000) square feet per living unit ; provided, however <br /> that the Orange County Health Department may increase the minimum <br /> area requirement for the park and/or individual spaces where <br /> necessary to be consistent with groundwater resources and/or <br /> limitations of sewage disposal systems . (See definition of <br /> "mobile home space, " Article 22 of this ordinance. ) The space <br /> shall be of sufficient size to meet minimum dimensional , area and <br /> separation requirements for the anticipated size and character of <br /> the mobile home and any additions to be placed on the space. (See <br /> 8. 8.26.4.4d of this section for separation requirements . ) <br /> 2 . The location of the mobile home spaces on the ground shall be <br /> approximately the same as those shown on the approved plans. The <br /> degree of accuracy obtainable by working with a scale on the plan <br /> and then a tape on the ground is acceptable. Precise engineering <br /> or surveying of space limits is not required either on the plans <br /> or on the ground. <br /> 3. Only one (1) mobile home may be erected on any mobile home space <br /> at one time. <br />
