0 0 115 <br /> AMEND SECTION 6.21 PAGE 3 <br /> 1) The mobile home must be underskirted. <br /> 2) The home may be placed on a permanent support <br /> system, if desired. If a solid concrete or <br /> masonry perimeter foundation is used, the <br /> exterior covering material shall not extend <br /> below the top of the foundation. <br /> 3) If existing vegetation does not screen the <br /> mobile home from an adjacent right-of-way, a <br /> Class "A" screen (See Article 12 of this <br /> Ordinance) is required to screen the mobile home <br /> from the road. This screen must be in place at <br /> the time of the final inspection. If the <br /> screening technique is chosen by the citizen, <br /> then e)1) above does not apply. <br /> 6. 21.3 Excel ionl <br /> The installation of a temporary mobile home (See <br /> Subsections 4.3--H12 and H12a of this Ordinance) is <br /> exempt from Subsections 6.21 . 2d) and e) . <br /> Underskirting is required and the mobile home must <br /> be connected to the required utilities , which <br /> include the plumbing, - heating, air conditioning, <br /> and electrical systems contained therein. The <br /> Orange County Health Department shall determine <br /> what type of sewage disposal system is appropriate. <br />
