00114 <br /> AMEND SECTION 6. 21 PAGE 2 <br /> required to meet lot area and dimensional or lot <br /> coverage standards , but must meet setback <br /> requirements as well as those requirements <br /> specified in Subsections 6. 21 .2 d) or e) , depending <br /> upon the zoning district . <br /> b) Individual mobile homes may be erected on any lot <br /> where the use is permitted, provided compliance is <br /> made with the zoning requirements of the zoning <br /> district and all other applicable regulations . <br /> These zoning requirements include, but are not <br /> limited to: lot area and dimension; front , rear , <br /> and sideyard setbacks ; and lot coverage. <br /> c) Individual tracts of land may be created for the <br /> purpose of erecting a mobile home provided all <br /> requirements of the Orange County Subdivision <br /> Regulations , Orange County Zoning Ordinance, and <br /> any other land development standards are met . <br /> d) In the event either of the aforementioned instances <br /> occur , the following criteria must be met in the <br /> R-1 District : <br /> 1) The mobile home must be placed on a permanent <br /> support system (See definition of " support <br /> system," Article 22 of this Ordinance) . <br /> 2) Mobile homes on permanent support systems shall <br /> comply with the following design standards : <br /> a. The roof shall have sloping lines with eaves , <br /> such as gable, mansard, and shed style roofs . <br /> b. The roofing material shall include, but not be <br /> limited to, shake , tile , composition shingle , or <br /> other commonly used materials. <br /> c. The mobile home must be skirted. <br /> 3) If existing vegetation does not screen the <br /> mobile home from an adjacent right-of-way, a <br /> Class "A" screen (See Article 12 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance) is required to screen the mobile home <br /> from the road. This screen must be in place at <br /> the time of the final inspection. If the <br /> screening technique is chosen by the citizen, <br /> then 2) a. and b. above do not apply. <br /> e) In the event either of the aforementioned instances <br /> (Section 6. 21 .2 a, b , c) occur , the following <br /> criteria must be met in the A-R district : <br />
