00112 <br /> ARTICLE 6 APPLICATION OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE: <br /> 6. 7 Accessory Structures in Residential Districts <br /> Accessory structures shall not be erected in <br /> any required front open space and shall also <br /> conform to all other regulations in the zoning <br /> ordinance. <br /> 6. 7.1 An attached private garage, or carport , not <br /> exceeding twelve feet in height , may occupy a <br /> portion of the required side open space , <br /> provided that this does not result in a <br /> required side open space of less than seven <br /> percent of the lot width, nor a total , when <br /> combined with the required side open space of <br /> the lot immediately adjacent , of less than <br /> eight feet . <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> Amend Section 6 . 7 to include: <br /> 6. 7.2 Mobile homes, as accessory structures to <br /> residential uses, is prohibited. <br />
