001 0 7 <br /> 20 .3 .3 Zoning Officer Prepares Analysis And Recommendation <br /> The Zoning Officer shall , within 30 days of the receipt <br /> of an application to amend the Zoning Atlas , cause an <br /> analysis to be made of the application and , based upon <br /> that analysis, prepare a recommendation for <br /> consideration by the Planning Board and the Board of <br /> County Commissioners . The 30—day period may be extended <br /> with the written consent of the applicant , up to a <br /> maximum of 60 days . The 30—day provision shell not <br /> apply to applications for amendment to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance text . <br /> 20 .4 Referral Of Amendment Application To Planning Board <br /> The Zoning Officer shall submit any application for <br /> amendment to the Zoning Atlas to the Planning Board at <br /> the first regular meeting after the expiration of the <br /> 30—day period specified in 20 .3 .3 or any extension <br /> thereof. This provision shall not apply to any <br /> application for amendment to the Zoning Ordinance text . <br />
