ADD CONDITION #41 : The applicant shall request <br /> .annnoxation by the Town of Hillsborough for each phase <br /> of the development following the construction of <br /> required improvements and once the phase is built—out . <br /> OR <br /> The applicant shall request annexation of the entire <br /> project by the Town of Hillsborough following <br /> construction of required improvements and completion of <br /> the delvelopment . <br /> OR <br /> The applicant shall petition for annexation of the <br /> entire site prior to development of any phase. <br /> 6 . ADD CQNDITION #42: A landscape architect shall be <br /> employ',ed by the applicant to prepare a <br /> Landscaping/screening plan for the designated 100 ' <br /> buffer area . The plan must be prepared in consultation <br /> with adjacent property owners and approved by Orange <br /> County, Planning Department . The plan shall be prepared <br /> following a survey of the existing vegetation of the <br /> buffer area and must identify and specify the retention <br /> of specimen trees twelve _ inches or more in diameter, <br /> provide for year round screening and include <br /> implementation details and schedules . At a mimimum the <br /> screening shall be opaque from the ground to a height of <br /> at Least six (6 ) feet , with intermittent visual <br /> obstructions from the opaque portion to a height of at <br /> Least twenty (20) feet . <br /> 7 .
