The portion to be closed is <br /> divided into two sections . The southern section extends in a <br /> northwesterly direction approximately 482.94 feet from the <br /> intersection of the Dixie Drive centerline with the western <br /> property line of the Orange County property (see attached <br /> sketch map) . <br /> The no rthern section of Old Cedar Go rve Road requested fo r <br /> closing is located no rthwest of Harper Street (SR 1395) . The <br /> street I section begins at the southwest corner of Lot #1 o f <br /> Blcok IB of High land Woods and extends in a no rthwestern ly <br /> directo'n approximately 1 ,017 .29 feet . A portion of Old Cedar <br /> Grove (Road which originally linked the two sections under <br /> consideration was closed by action of the Board of Commissioner <br /> on May L2, 1983 . <br /> IMPACT: Closure o f the abandoned po rtion o f Old Cedar Grove Road as <br /> requested in the petition would not deprive any adjacent <br /> _ <br />
