The project shall be phased to limit construction of <br /> residential units to a maximum of 25% of the total number <br /> of approved units within a give 2.5 year period. <br /> 37. The applicant shall request annexation by the Town of <br /> Hillsborough for each phase of the development following <br /> the construction of required improvements . (ADDED BY <br /> PLANNING BOARD 2-4-86) . <br /> 38. A final) boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br /> 39. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br /> incorporating all changes , deletions and additions <br /> through the final approval of the project are <br /> incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br /> Development Special Use Permit . A copy of the final <br /> site Plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. Grading and building <br /> permitsi, upon application, will be issued after approval <br /> and recordation of the Special Use Permit . <br /> 40. The development shall be built and operated according to <br /> the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br /> developer and in compliance with or fulfillment of the <br /> above (conditions and the Orange County development <br /> regulations and ordinances. <br /> 41 .
