A sidewalk shall be provided on one side of the street <br /> along all streets in the PD-H-R2 zone with curb cuts for <br /> the handicapped at street intersections. <br /> 11. Scotswood Boulevard shall have a 90 foot right-of-way, <br /> containing a 65 foot cross section with 24 foot wide <br /> pavement widths and a 12 foot wide median. This would <br /> allow appropriate room for heavier vehicles . <br /> 12. Left turn lanes shall be installed on Scotswood Boulevard <br /> into the multifamily and commercial areas. <br /> 13. The driveway off Scotswood Boulevard into the commercial <br /> section is inappropriate for the entrance of trucks. The <br /> radii Ishould be reworked in this area to allow easier <br /> truck access. <br /> 14. A cul-de-sac shall be constructed at the southwestern end <br /> of Carolina Avenue and the entrance on St. Mary' s Road <br /> (SR 1002) abandoned. <br /> 15. A stubout to the western property line shall be provided <br /> from Seotswood Boulevard. This stubout shall be located <br /> to connect directly to the southern corner of Greentree <br /> Drive. <br /> 16. Temporary turnarounds shall be provided at all stub <br /> streets. -o ut <br /> 17. A third turn lane shall be constructed along US 70 <br /> between St . Mary' s Road and Miller Road (SR 1555) <br /> immediately upon initial construction of the development . <br /> (A motion for approval of the condition resulted in a <br /> 4 - 4 vote. Road name signs to <br /> Orange I County standards shall be erected at all <br /> intersections . <br /> 20. A 10-foot non-access easement shall be provided along the <br /> rear of lithe lots adjoining Carolina Avenue and Second <br /> Street .
