He continued that Commissioners Lloyd <br /> and Carey have been appointed to the "dialogue" <br /> committee to discuss the commitment of the Towns to <br /> services in the ETA prior to annexation <br /> streamlining the process and clarification of the <br /> use of office/institutional at the interchanges . <br /> Collins added that the issue on annexation is the <br /> relation of the fire district to the tax base . He <br /> continued that there was little difference in the • <br /> jurisdictions ' view of the interchange , just wlmt <br /> the permitted uses are in OI district in each <br /> jurisdiction.
