IMPACT: According to the proposal attached; $20,000 would be transferred from the I . current appropriation for the Orange High School Renovation/Expansion • Project toibe used for the roof engineering fees. This $20,000 would be refunded back to the County in July, 1986 by the Orange County -School System from next year's county appropriation to the Schools.
