Connery, both of Orange County, North Carolina, parties <br /> of the first part; and Orange County, North Carolina, party of the second part; <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That whereas, said parties of the first part are the owners of a certain tract <br /> of land lying on the eastern side of old Highway No. 86, in Chapel Hill Township, <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, the same being the land conveyed to them by Alan C. <br /> Kerckhoff and wife, Sylvia Kerckhoff by deed recorded in Book 541, page 264, <br /> Register of Deeds of Orange County, which deed is hereby referred to for greater <br /> certainty of description; and whereas, said parties of the first part desire to <br /> subdivide said tract of land in accordance with survey entitled Property of Marc <br /> A. and Sharon K.
