Our proposal is to amend Section V, sub-section (A) to read: <br /> "Persons,appointed shall be limited to those without direct <br /> financial interest or position as an officer or director in <br /> any component of the health care system; except that a person <br /> whose sole involvement is as an employee shall be eligible. <br /> Such persons shall comprise no more than three of the nine <br /> members of the Council." <br /> The attached resolution describes the reasons for this proposed change. <br /> I understand that the Board of Commissioners meets on February 3.
