227 <br /> RE-VALUATION STATUS REPORT <br /> FEBRUARY 12, 1986 <br /> The Orange County 1987 Revaluation consists of four major phases: <br /> 1) 'iOrganization and Development <br /> 2) (Land Pricing <br /> 3) Data Entry <br /> 4) ,Final Review <br /> Organization and Development involves plannning and development of <br /> computer systems and building value schedules, as well as the <br /> collectionslof good data concerning all county properties. Land <br /> pricing requires close analysis of real estate sales and valuation <br /> schedules. The Development aspect of phase I and all of phase II are <br /> very much dependent on current market value sales information. Data <br /> Entry requires closely supervised entry of the data from phases I and II. <br /> In final review all projected values will be compared, on site, to the <br /> property being appraised., <br /> Phase I. Organization and development consisting of Planning, <br /> Data System pesign, Data Research, and analysis, Data Collection, <br /> and valuation is 100%. Complete in respect to Residential and <br /> Agricultural property. Commercial and Industrial phases are 25% <br /> completed with its projected completion being near the end of the <br /> revaluation.) <br /> Phase II. Land Pricing of the placing of Base land values on all <br /> the county maps has been 100% completed in Little River, Cedar Grove, <br /> Eno, and Bingham townships. Cheeks is 80% complete with an expected <br /> completion date for the entire county of April. <br /> Phase IIII. Keying of Land values into the computer for computation <br /> of current appraised value is finished for township one, Little River, <br /> with township 2, Cedar Grove 95% keyed. Projected completion for all <br /> land entry keying is August. <br />
