It is recommended that the HSAC Service . <br /> Delivery Committee examine the purpose /charge of •HSAC and <br /> whether the 'current structure is capable of achieving it. <br /> If approved ,by the County Commissioners, the Committee's findings <br /> -would be reported by May, 1986. <br /> D' Before . such la study is done, the County Commissi • <br /> answer four key questions that would effect the outcomeuof <br /> the study.
